What is a second signature?
In the research supply lane, a second lab sometimes signs one measurement on a batch the seller already tested. So one line on the record carries two signatures instead of one.
The prescription lane has no equivalent. It's a narrow thing, so we describe it narrowly: a second signature covers its one measurement, and says nothing about the rest of the panel.
What does the record show?
On the published certificate record, a second lab, Janoshik, publishes bacterial endotoxin reports for a few published batches, including Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157 and GHK-Cu. One of them is a tirzepatide batch, which makes it the one document in our pack that names this compound.
The report sits beside the batch's own certificate rather than replacing it. So two labs are measuring the same batch, each signing a different part of the same question.
Can you verify it, and did we?
The supplier says each such report carries a unique verification key you can check at janoshik.com/verify. We print that as plain text and don't link it.
We didn't run the check, because that site returned an error on 2026-09-01, and a failed fetch tells you about the fetch, not the page. So: a second signature is published, and we didn't test its verification step. The rest of the record is on the rest of the record.
What do we cover?
We report two things and no third: which lane a route belongs to, and what paperwork it can produce. Material in the research supply lane is lab stock, not a licensed medicine. The supplier we cite says on its own pages that it sells research-grade material, not a medicine any regulator has signed off.
We don't assess any person or call anything safe or effective. Questions about a person belong with a licensed clinician.
